Delegates at next Saturday’s (Oct 17th) ‘National Synodal Assembly’ of the Catholic Church in Ireland will consider, discuss, debate the following themes as they believe they apply to the Catholic Church in Ireland today: The Church that Proclaims the Gospel: The Church as a Community of Belonging: The Church as a Place of Healing: The Church that Accompanies:  The Church that Empowers for Ministry. May the Holy Spirit guide all those preparing for and taking part in the Assembly, giving them wisdom to listen, courage to discern and openness to God’s call, so that together we may respond faithfully to what God is asking of the Church at this time.
